ESPN’s BCS guru Brad Edwards says that while USC controls its own destiny, fans without a dog in the hunt should root for Florida to get left out. The chaos that will ensue if the SEC gets screwed again might be enough to bring about the coveted Plus-One game.

In their weekly bowl projections column CollegeFootballNews.com has adjusted their BCS title game match-up dropping SC for Auburn and sending the Trojans to Pasadena instead.
