The Tuscaloosa News has (for the second summer in a row) named USC the best college football program in the nation, based on rankings, recruiting, attendance, bowl appearances, national championships, and so on. Whereas last summer we just beat out Ohio State, this summer it looks like it’s Michigan playing second fiddle.
